How This Works

Every SERPrecon report scores each page ranking for a search: relevance, intent, content quality, topic coverage, authority and page speed. For each search, we measure how strongly each metric lines up with ranking position (a Spearman rank correlation, from -1 to +1), using only pages that actually rank.

Each point on the charts is the median across every search checked in that period. Volatility compares each search with its previous check, using the same data source and location, and measures how far the top 10 moved.

Periods with fewer than 3 searches are left out of the charts. Correlation isn't causation: these show what tends to rank, not what Google rewards directly. Data updated Oct 21, 2026, 10:31 PM UTC.
